Of the nine ministers, four were from JMM, three from BJP and one each from the JD (U) and the AJSU.

With this, the total strength of the cabinet rises to 12, including the chief minister.

Earlier on September 11, Munda and two of his deputies - Sudesh Mahto and Hemant Soren - formed the BJP-led coalition government.

The ministers were Satyanand Jha, Bimla Pradhan and Baidyanath Ram (all BJP), Haji Hussain Ansari, Hemlal Murmu, Champai Soren and Mathura Prasad Mahato (all JMM), Gopal Krishan Patar alias Raja Peter (JD-U) and Chandra Prakash Chowdhury (AJSU).

Their portfolios are yet to be allocated.
