Jharkhand: Policeman killed in Maoist attack
A police constable was killed on Wednesday and two other jawans were injured in a Maoist assault at Itkhori in Jharkhand's Chatra district.

A police constable was killed on Wednesday and two other jawans were injured in a Maoist assault at Itkhori in Jharkhand's Chatra district.
Superintendent of police SN Jha said the Maoists attacked a police party, triggering an encounter near Bhadrakali temple, which comes under the purview of Itkhori police station.
He said a constable was killed in action and two jawans were injured. The injured were admitted to a hospital in Hazaribagh.
