JNTU Director bags National Award
The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada's Science and Technology department Director Dr K Prabhakar Rao has bagged the prestigious National award for his contribution in Electronics and Communication.
The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada's Science and Technology department Director Dr K Prabhakar Rao has bagged the prestigious National award for his contribution in Electronics and Communication.
Rao received the 'Best Research Award', 'Best Teacher Award' from Delhi-based Indian International Friendship Society for his work in the university, a press release issued Rajahmundry on Wednesday said.
Besides, Rao also received 'Technology Guru' award from students, it said.
Rao has published 25 research papers on various subjects at national and international level. He has organised seminars and short courses for the benefit of students and others, the release said.
On receiving this award, Rao said, "With this award, my work stress has increased. I will strive to concentrate on more research activities which are useful to all."
