Kids display karate skills

SCHOOL KARATE Do Association organised a karate presentation and grading camp at Green Park on Sunday. Some 50 children trained by the association presented their skills in the camp. Jain International School trainer Vijay Kumar, presented his skills by breaking 100 bricks in 30 seconds. Kumar also set up a national record with this presentation.

SCHOOL KARATE Do Association organised a karate presentation and grading camp at Green Park on Sunday.

Some 50 children trained by the association presented their skills in the camp. Jain International School trainer Vijay Kumar, presented his skills by breaking 100 bricks in 30 seconds. Kumar also set up a national record with this presentation.

The chief guest of the function was Brijendra Kumar, regional sports officer, Kanpur and the special guest was SR Sahu, sports director, Jain International School, Kanpur. The chief guest awarded Green Belt holders with certificates.

The president of School Karate Do Association Hrishikesh Kumar welcomed the chief guest and special guest. The awarded children were Kuldeep Singh, Sahista Jeenat, Arti Pal, Sunil Kumar, Divya Mehta, Akansha Mehta.
