The 25-year-old Pole is sixth in the 2010 championship after nine races of his first season with Renault.
Team principal Eric Boullier said on Wednesday that "there have been many rumors surrounding his future in recent weeks, which were a tribute to how well he has driven this year, and we are very happy to have agreed a multiyear deal."
Having driven for BMW Sauber since 2006, Kubica joined Renault to replace Fernando Alonso after the end of last season.
