Addressing a public meeting here, Yadav said the people were feeling insecure in the state following the Godhra train carnage and communal flare-up in its aftermath.
A government, which fails to provide security to its citizens, has no right to rule at any cost, he said.
Yadav opined that Congress would emerge victorious with a thumping majority in the December 12 polls.
