“People in constitutional positions must behave in a more responsible manner,” Prasad said .The minister said he , along with other colleagues like Steel and Pharmaceuticals Minister Ram Vilas Paswan , had raised the issue of Mumbai violence against north Indians in the Cabinet meeting.Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave an assurance to them that the government would look into the matter and take appropriate steps to control the situation, he stated.
