So are you implicating the prime minister?
Well, of course I’m not! I am just defending myself by saying that the prime minister should have formed a Group of Ministers inquiry if he found something awry in the 2G spectrum file that I sent back to him.
But if he didn’t do anything at that stage, then you are innocent?
Do I look like a bright guy? OK, don’t answer that. All I’m saying is if the PM, who’s a Nobel laureate in economics... oh, he’s not?
So if you’re not to blame, the PM’s not to blame, who is to blame?
See. That’s the problem with you media folks. You first make up your mind, then bend the facts accordingly. No one is to blame. Nothing happened.
What about the dilution of equities by Swan Telecom and Unitech Wireless to two foreign companies? That did happen.
Ask yourself this: did it really happen?
Oh, then the PM is guilty!
Do say: I was testing the system.
Don’t say: I have dementia. Oh, and dhobi’s itch!
