Manmohan hands over message for Musharraf to Khokhar

Manmohan gave the message when Khokhar called on him at his official residence in Delhi after the conclusion of foreign secretary level talks.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday handed over a message to Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar for President Pervez Musharraf.

Manmohan Singh gave the message when Khokhar called on him at his official residence in New Delhi after the conclusion of the two-day foreign secretary level talks on various issues, including Jammu and Kashmir.

"He (the Prime Minister) has given me a message for the Pakistan President, which I am carrying," Khokhar said after the meeting.

He described his meeting with Manmohan Singh as "very good" and said "the Prime Minister was very gracious".

Earlier the Pakistan Foreign Secretary met External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh and National Security Adviser JN Dixit.
