The Ministers sanctioned an amount of Rs five lakh for deepening of existing tube-wells. The Ministers visited the areas including Sarvadharma Nagar and adjoining areas at Kolar Road.
They also inspected the stop dam being constructed by local residents. This would help residents enhance the ground water levels. During the past couple of years, the ground water level on this road has dipped to more than 10 feet.
The Ministers also announced financial assistance of Rs 7 lakh for the construction of this stop dam, which is being constructed with the public participation.
Gaur also directed district administration officials to prepare a report on the loss of public properties during thunder squall on Friday night so that financial help could be given to the slum-dwellers of this area.
Gaur and Singh also talked to residents of Om Nagar, Banskhedi and Sarvdharma Nagar. They directed officials to prepare the plan for the redressal of water crisis in these areas.
Gaur also announced an amount of Rs 20,000 for the construction of shed at Vishram Ghat at Bairagarh Chichli. He also told the District Collector Sanjay Kumar Shukla to select a place for the construction of school at Bairagarh Chichli.
The Ministers sanctioned Rs 5 lakh for deepening of the existing tube-wells.
