More professional colleges in city soon

ONE PRIVATE medical college, two engineering colleges, and a sports hostel would be established in the district by industrialists. The district administration would provide 400 acres of land for this purpose. Jeevan Jyoti hosptial has a proposal to set up a medical college while Gulatis are interested in building an engineering college.

Addressing industrialists here, district magistrate Amrit Abhijat directed the district Zila Udhoyg Kendra to provide land for these buildings.

The DM at the same meeting ordered cancellation of land allotment to two industries at Phulpur, two at Handia and four in Meja immediately.More land would be allotted in Phulpur, Naini and Soraon. Sudhir Kumar Srivastava GM,Zila Udhoy Kendra said that setting up of one automatic rolling mill and a dairy farm were proposed in Handia and Meja respectively. DM asked the industrialists to take advantages of a single door system.
