Singh, who has been named in the report as a non-contractual beneficiary of the UN programme in Iraq, was accompanied by his son Jagat Singh, who was quizzed on Tuesday by the Authority.
The veteran Congress leader faces allegations of introducing Hamdan Exports Director Andaleeb Sehgal, a friend of Jagat, to officials of the Iraqi Oil Ministry during a party delegation visit to that country in 2001.
