Further elaborating his point, the Governor said these qualities provide the leadership in various walks of life. The humanistic orientation of NCC will guide to help the poor to come out of shackles of poverty, ignorance and illiteracy. The challenges of nation depend on the spirit and dynamism of our youth, he said.
