According to Contactmusic.com, Shakira says that it instead refers to communication. She surprised many with the title but says most of the people have misinterpreted what she was trying to say.
She says: "It has many layers to it, many dimensions. I have always felt very oral. We are orally fixated from when we are born. I give enormous importance to chocolate, to kisses. My mouth is an enormous source of self-indulgence. I am a communicator and I enjoy communicating."
