An anonymous caller had claimed that Al-Qaeda would carry out explosions at the heavily-guarded parliament complex, they said.

Police swung into action and launched an investigation immediately after receiving the call three days ago. "We have arrested a boy in this connection," a senior police official of the Special Cell said.
