Pamela heart cries for sheep!

Pamela Anderson has asked Australian PM John Howard to ban a cruel sheep farming practice in the country. The requestfollows her losing bid to get the bust of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) founder Colonel Harland Saunders removed from the state capital building.
According to Contactmusic.com, Anderson has now joined a global attempt to boycott mulesing, a practice that involves slicing flesh and wool away from the sheep's rump to prevent blowflies from laying their eggs in their skin.
The US based animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), for which the blonde bombshell is a active supporter, criticised the practice and deemed it unnecessary, but farmers insist it is an essential part of looking after the animals.
Museling is not the only sheep practice that has come into Anderson's line of fire, for she has also condemned the shipping of live sheep on 'death ships' to the Middle East, where the animal's jugular vein is slit to drain the blood, before it is butchered.
