THE SANJAY Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) resident doctors’ anti-reservation agitation entered cyberspace on Sunday.
They launched a blogspot and created an email ID to which people may post their opinions about quota. They also held a candlelight vigil. Many faculty members, along with their families, joined the demonstration by resident doctors and even raised slogans.

The blogspot and the email ID are yfelucknow.blogspot.com and yfelucknow@rediffmail.com <mailto:yfelucknow@rediffmail.com>, respectively.
On the Internet, the resident doctors have launched the ‘Youth for Equality’(yfe)-Lucknow’ movement with the slogan: ‘Proud to be meritorious-Prouder to be Indian’.

Meanwhile, two new patients were admitted to the hospital and ten others left it. Faculty Forum secretary Dr Rajkumar said the faculty was taking care of patients in the hospital.

Various groups, including PGI resident doctors, will observe a joint candlelight vigil at GPO Park at 7 pm Monday.
