The court order followed the hospital's 'intent to help Rahul escape from law'.

With the progress of the preliminary investigation into the drug overdose episode, it is becoming increasingly clear that Apollo blatantly tried to shield Rahul from the beginning. Tampered patient entries, altered handwritten records and a contradictory Medico Legal Report (MLC) are going against the doctors.

As per the MLC, Rahul was brought to the hospital in an unconscious condition with blood pressure (BP) and pulse rate (PR) a little below normal (95/65 and 83 respectively) on June 2. Hospital documents show that Rahul's condition improved significantly in the next few days and his BP was 100/60 and PR was near normal at 85.

Considering that the MLC declared Rahul 'stable and conscious', the police now want to know why the doctors did not let them question Rahul.
