Former minister Rajkumar Patel will be Congress candidate from Budhni constituency in the Assembly by-election against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Official announcement to this effect was made here today.
Patel’s candidature was finalised during party’s state in-charge general secretary V Narayansami and MPCC president Subhash Yadav’s meeting with party chief Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi today, according to MPCC spokesman Manak Agrawal.
