A retired teacher was hacked to death by unidentified assailants at Kullad village under Bhanjanagar police station in Ganjam district, police said on Wednesday.

A retired teacher was hacked to death by unidentified assailants at Kullad village under Bhanjanagar police station in Ganjam district, police said on Wednesday.
The teacher, Prafulla Mishra (72), was returning home after a stroll last evening when he was attacked, police said.
Police seized the weapons used by the assailants from the spot.
