"Delhi Police has been biased. It tore down our posters and banners in several areas of the constituency," Anand told reporters here on Saturday.
"And like in other constituencies, police has harassed our party workers, asking them to appear in police station and warning them that they could be detained if seen as a threat to peaceful voting," Anand alleged.
He further said BJP activists attacked his election office in Janakpuri area on Tuesday night, tearing down posters and banners.
"I have complained to the Election Commission in writing, and have urged them to take extra steps in my constituency as I am apprehensive that BJP cadres will indulge in foul play and devious activities," he said.
Anand expressed confidence that he will emerge victorious and claimed that Malhotra would not be able to muster more than one lakh votes.
