Rope skipping clinic concludes

THE THREE-DAY Rope Skipping Clinic organised by Bhopal Rope Skipping Association (BRSA) concluded in the City today. In the concluding ceremony, Rope Skipping Federation of India general secretary Bhimsen Verma and senior administrative officer V C Rawat were the chief guests.

Speaking on the occasion, Rawat expected that the clinic would help in popularising rope skipping in the City. Addressing the gathering, Verma said that the huge response from the City is a positive sign for this game.

Further he said that a national championship would be organised in the City in the month of October this year. Regarding the planning of the federation, Verma said that the objective is to prepare more number of coaches and players.

International skipper Anil Sharma and Nirdesh Sharma were invited to gave tips to the participants. Pramod Awasthi, Shailesh Shukla, Yashwant Singh, Javed Wahi and Rajiv Dixit were present, on the occasion.
