"Pavas Agrawal is suffering from a mental probelm. He is a mad person and had left the BJP about 10-12 years ago," BJP's state unit vice-president Vijendra Sisodia told a press conference in Bhopal.

He claimed that rising mercury also had its effect on today's incident and also informed that Agrawal had once also chewed the hand of a doctor when he went to him for check-up.

The party not only condemns the Katni incident but all such kinds of incidents that had taken place in the country recently.

In the last assembly elections also he has not served the party in the state and is not a member of the BJP, Sisodia said.
