If you can have Italian cuisine with a glass of champagne for brunch then why can’t you have spicy chaat, a wholesome Indian food followed by delicious Indian dessert for a Sunday brunch. “The concept of brunch has become popular in Delhi, most of us are habituated to having a late breakfast as Sunday mornings are used to catch up with family and friends. That is the reason that we have decided to have an Indian brunch at our restaurant Colors ‘n’ Spice,” says Vikas Arora, general manager, marketing.
