The Bombay High court on Thursday asked Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to explain irregularities in the construction carried out by him adjacent to his bungalow in suburban Bandra.

The High Court asked them to file their replies within two weeks on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by a Mumbai based NGO Bhrashtrachar Nirmulan Sangathana.

The NGO has alleged that while carrying out the construction, the width of the road had been reduced.
