Windsor, who was stationed in Cyprus with the First Battalion, Royal Welch Fusiliers, failed to maintain his line despite handler Lance Corporal Dai Davies’ repeated tugs, reports The Sun.

He was reported for insubordination for acting the goat during the parade and marched into the office of Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Huw James where he was stripped off his rank and marched him out again.

Six year old Windsor, Army serial number 25232301, is a Kashmir goat presented to the battalion by the Queen in 2001.
