Everyone in this world knows this phrase but very few people know its relevance in life. A regular exercise regime is a key to sound mind and healthy body.
Now a days, younger generation and working people spend most of their time in heavy books, assignments, files, computers and the list of other physically inactive activities is endless. Physical inactive activities cause various health related problems like hypertension, low level of HDL, cervical pains, obesity and hell lot of other diseases.
It's the world of tough competition and survival of the fittest is the basic rule of the life. Exercising regularly makes one very healthy, not only physically but mentally too. Unless you are convinced of the benefits of fitness and the risks of unfitness, you will not succeed. Even moderately intense physical activity such as brisk walking or dancing regularly is beneficial if done regularly. The decision to regular exercise cannot be taken casually. It requires life long commitments of little time and effort. Exercise must become one of the things that you can't live without.
Exercising regularly has number of benefits. Heart pumps more blood and oxygen to the body, which causes less tiredness and ensures longevity. It helps in cutting of depression and tiredness, normal the blood pressure level, increases HDL, tones up muscles, looses body fats and gives an attractive body.
So I believe that exercising regularly be it brisk walking or recreation activities like swimming or dancing, if made a habit, gives healthy body and a sound mind.
Make exercise a routine and develop nerves of steel and veins of iron to live a successful life.
