Yes, god is lonely, so he fabricated these toys of clay -
Yielding, docile humans, to frolic and play.
Yes, god is lonely, why else would it be
That he made the likes of you, you and me?
God is also covetous, for your love and mine,
So does he too whine, wither away, and pine?
God is envious and a possessive lover too,
In a passionate embrace he girds him self to you.
God is cruel; god is partial, and ever so mean!
Humanity's woes slide by him, unheard and unseen.
God is funny, god is witty and oh so droll,
He has made wacky puppets, of us all!
Is god real, is he living or is he dead?
Is he but a figment of mankind's collective head?
This god cannot be the GOD of Kabir and his kind!
Such a god must be the protrusion of a contorted mind!
