Talking to mediapersons, Sadan Ram said the suspension order after implementing election code of conduct should be treated null and void. He said if the order was not withdrawn, he would file a writ petition in Allahabad High Court against his suspension order.
Ram said higher education director had blamed him for not taking effective initiative in resolving the dispute between principal and managing committee of Udit Naraian PG College, Padrauna.
He said he had tried his best to resolve the deadlock between them and the ground was not sufficient for his suspension.
Responding to a question, he said that the appointment conducted by the college management in grade III and IV was approved by him in light of the report submitted by the management of the college but when he realised the report, he suspended the recruitment on August 26 and even Allahabad High Court had appreciated the decision to cancel the appointment in his order on August 29.
He said the appointee had moved to the court against cancellation of appointment order.
Ram mentioned that the other ground for the suspension order is made on the report of division commissioner and claimed that for irregularities in a particular college, the college principal and management should be held responsible not the higher education officer.
