Why the encounter of only 'chhutbhaiyas' while the mafiosi roam around with impunity.
Mafiosi refrain from picking up the gun. They usually get the job executed through little known persons. So, it becomes difficult to nail them. However if any direct evidence is found the action would be definitely taken.

What is are your top priority?

My top priority is to improve law and order so that every one specially women move on road without any fear.

Have you brought any instant changes?

Yes, comments on queries sought from the IG's office usually took 15 days. Now they will have to be sent by the officer concerned within three hours.
How have you planned to oversee policing under under your zone ?

A person in my position ceases to be the director. His role is confined to that of a coach. And that is what exactly I plan to do.
