Five people, including a tantrik, were arrested for allegedly attempting to outrage the modesty of a woman in Muzaffarnagar.
The victim had come to Ramesh for treatment when he tried to outrage her modesty, but she managed to escape and informed the police.
The police have arrested Ramesh along with his four other associates.
