According to Harimohan Verma, president of Mahashakti Lalita Devi Mandir Samiti, "It is the most auspicious occasion to be able to celebrate Ashtami and Navami together. The duration of Ashtami will terminate at 8.30 am on Thursday and then Navami will start which will last till 11.30 am on Friday. Thus the temple committee has decided to present before the devotees the most magnificent and splendid Sringar of Maa Lalita Devi".

The artists have been invited from Mathura, Vrindavan and Kolkata who will present the most exclusive Sringar with the help of date palm leaves, ice, decorative plants and colourful flowers. Besides, the temple has also been holding the light and sound show which is done with the help of idols of deities, 15 in number, shaped by the invited artists.

It will be a rare opportunity for the devotees to witness the decoration which will be done from the garbhagriha to gumbad as claimed by Verma. However, the light and sound show will not be held on Thursday on account of the huge gathering in the temple premises. Likewise another Shaktipeeth Maa Kalyani Devi too will be decorated.
