Thirteen officials transferred
The Puducherry Administration has shuffled as 13 Pondicherry Civil Service Officers (Entry, selection or junior administrative grade officials) with immediate effect.
The Puducherry Administration has shuffled as 13 Pondicherry Civil Service Officers (Entry, selection or junior administrative grade officials) with immediate effect.
An official press release on Tuesday said that the Lt Governor has issued necessary orders to bring into force the transfer and posting of the officers.
S Chandrasekaran, the present Director of Information and Publicity, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director of Industries and Commerce Department vice K Rajan,transferred to the post of Under Secretary (Home).
V Krishnasamy, Executive Officer (Temples) in Tirunallar in Karaikal has been transferred and posted as Director of Information and Publicity vice Chandrasekaran, transferred.
This is among the important shuffling of officers the government had effected through a Lt Governor's order.
An official release said the transfers and postings of V Krishnasamy Executive officer (Temples) Tirunallar in Karaikal as Director of Information and Publicity and also that of Chandrasekaran would take effect after the current budget session of Assembly.
