Addressing a programme at the State counsels’ office at the High Court here after hoisting the national flag on the occasion of Independence Day, Kazmi said there must be a balance between rights and duties. Kazmi said that success of a country depended on the honesty of its citizens towards their duties.
Kazmi urged the state counsels to be available, acceptable and thereafter become indispensable, both for the society and country.
Emphasising on discipline and reliability, Kazmi said there was a need for a better work culture.
Addressing the gathering, Government Advocate Vijay Shankar Mishra urged the State counsels to be sincere towards their work.
On this occasion, an employee of State counsels’ office Mishri Lal rendered patriotic songs. Prominent among those present on this occasion included additional advocate-general Vidhu Bhushan Singh, chief standing counsel CB Yadav, additional chief standing counsel Shiv Nath Singh Yadav and several others.
