After submitting a memorandum to the 'Mamlatdar' at Kadana, the tribals began the hunger strike yesterday. The villages are Nani Vareth, Dhansarur, Mota Sagwadiya, Nana Sagwadiya and Sarswa. Claiming that surrounding villages have been declared drought-affected and government has started drought relief works there, they questioned authorities on omission of their villages from the list of drought-hit areas.
