TATA TELESERVICES today announced the launch of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh’s first Tata Indicom ‘True Value Hub’ at Sapna-Sangeeta main road.
Briefing about the launch, Company Chief Operating Officer for Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Jagrut Vyas said, “Tata Indicom is committed to providing improved and high-quality service to potential and existing Tata Indicom customers of Indore.
We are happy to launch the first True Value Hub in Indore. We believe that the hub will further augment a true experience to customers about our products and services.”
Tata Teleservices introduced the concept of True Value Outlets to increase its retail presence in India on a three-tier approach namely True Value Hub, True Value Shoppe and True Value Express.
These exclusive outlets are aimed at achieving visibility, customer touch points and real experience. This initiative will also enhance their presence in the retail segment.
Tata Indicom True Value Hubs are strategically located and drive sales of Tata Indicom products and services. Through an Integrated Sales and Service approach, True Value Hub provides an end-to-end sales and service experience to the customers.
Customers can walk in to the hub to explore, experience and buy Tata Indicom post-paid mobile and True Paid Mobile, walky post-paid or prepaid and choose from a range of accessories.
The hub is equipped with self-service touch-screen information and experience kiosks to showcase the product and VAS offerings.
At the press of a button, customers can listen to different ring tones, browse through Tata Zone and check out the games and wallpapers catalogues.
Soon, Tata Indicom will have five more such hubs in Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Raipur and Indore. It is noteworthy that the company already has 111 operational Tata Indicom True Value Shoppe and would continue to increase its presence in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Tata Indicom currently has services in 54 major towns in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and offers uninterrupted coverage on prominent highways.
The services include fixed wireless, CDMA mobile, wireline and other Internet and data services. Tata Indicom has a customer base of over two lakh in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circles.
