Sujith Nair and Ayush Bhat -accused of kidnapping and killing city businessman's son Adnan Patrawala- were produced before a metropolitan magistrate court in Andheri by the police, where their custody was sought.

The third accused Khimesh Ambavat was sent to a juvenile court after his lawyer argued that he was below 18 years of age.

Ambavat is likely to be produced before a juvenile court later in the day, his lawyer, Pradeep Shetty said.

Adnan was abducted three days ago for ransom and was found dead in a vehicle in neighbouring Navi Mumbai on Monday.

Earlier, a ransom of two crore was demanded by the abductors for the boy's release.
