‘With my training, I can fight a war’
... says actress Sameera Reddy whose fitness trainer puts her through a rigorous workout session, talks to Neha Sharma and shares her health tips.india Updated: Sep 08, 2009 20:46 IST
Exercise regime: I do light weights thrice a week, yoga and swimming twice a week. Resting for two days in a week is a must for me. I lost a lost of weight in Greece recently by swimming in the sea there.
Daily diet: I eat small meals five times a day. I start my day with a bowl of oats and a cup of tea. My lunch comprises two rotis or brown rice, some vegetables and salad. At 4 pm, I have a lot of dates and dry fruits since it is essential to have high sugar post lunch. At 6pm, I eat a bowl of fruits and head to the gym at 8 pm. Post gymming, I have food that is high on proteins like, grilled fish and vegetables.
The most exhausting workout I have done: My trainer Ivan, does athletic training with me that is as good as training for a war.

I have been working out since: I was 15 years old.
