Woman employee raped by doctor

Police say a doctor has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman employee at his private hospital, police said.

An ayurvedic doctor was arrested on Saturday for allegedly raping a woman employee at his private hospital, police said.

The victim, assistant of Kuldip Rai, in her statement to police alleged that the doctor had on Friday night offered her tea and she became unconscious after drinking it and added when she woke up in the morning she found herself physically abused.

Police have registered a case against Kuldip Rai under various sections of the IPC.
