degrees of AIIMS doctors is amusing. Any self-respecting person would have resigned since the court not only ordered appending his signature on the degrees but also fixed a time limit of 24 hours.

Though the Delhi High Court has put a dampener on his bloated ego time and again, his continuing as the health minister is not feasible any longer. Putting at stake the careers of many doctors like he did is unpardonable.
