Mamata says 40 killed in Kolkata hospital fire
At least 40 people were killed in a massive fire that broke out at the AMRI hospital in south Kolkata early today, West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee said.

At least 40 people were killed in a massive fire that broke out at the AMRI hospital in south Kolkata early Friday, West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee said.
"Forty bodies have been taken to the (state-run) SSKM Hospital," Banerjee told reporters at the spot.
"Quick action will be taken against the hospital after proper inquiry," she added.
