Maoist arrested in West Midnapore
Security forces have arrested the main accused in a plot to assassinate West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee in November 2008 at Salboni in West Midnapore district.

Security forces have arrested the main accused in a plot to assassinate West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee in November 2008 at Salboni in West Midnapore district.
Karan Hembram, 27, was picked up on Sunday morning near Lalgarh, 160 km west of Kolkata. His associate Jagari Baske, 25, was nabbed on Monday.
