Aam Papad Paneer Pakora (Serves 4):

• Paneer 400gms

• Mango chutney 80gms

• Besan (Gram flour) 200gms

• Turmeric powder 5gms

• Red chili powder 5gms

• Ajwain 3gms

• Salt to taste

• Refined oil for fry

• Chat masala 10gms

• Ginger garlic paste 15gms

Method:

Cut paneer into slice and stuffed with chopped mango chutney. Sprinkle salt and red chili powder on paneer.

For batter mix the besan, ajwain, red chili powder, ginger & garlic paste and salt. Add water slowly to make a thick, batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Dip the marinated paneer slices in the batter one at a time. Drop slowly into the frying pan. The pakoras will take about 4-5 minutes to cook. Turn them until both sides are golden brown. Sprinkle chat masala on top and serve hot.
