Lok Sabha elections 2019: Congress appoints 25 observers to seats under north MCD
Delhi Congress working president Rajesh Lilothia on Saturday appointed the 25 and addressed a meeting with them detailing their responsibilities for the upcoming polls. In the meeting, the vision, programmes and the policy of the party was also discussed.
The Delhi Congress on Saturday appointed observers for all the 25 assembly constituencies in the North Delhi Municipal Corporation’s jurisdiction in preparation of the upcoming parliamentary elections.

“At the Centre as well as in Delhi, the governments which are in existence have been gagging democracy and are trying to destroy the constitution drafted by Dr Ambedkar,” Lilothia said.
