According to the Tardeo police, Sanjay Shah lived with his family in Anand Nagar building on Forjett Street. Officers said Shah allegedly jumped from the building terrace at 3pm after eating lunch at home and allegedly leaving for work. His wife found his body on the building premises.

The statements of Shah’s family members revealed that he was tensed over some financial dealings for the month. He was rushed to Bhatia Hospital, where he was declared dead before admission. The police registered a case of accidental death.“We have not found any suicide note,” said Sanjay Surve, senior inspector.
