Todi Mills Fire: FIR against Navrang Cine Centre owner

The owner was booked for not having legal permission to use a stove or burner.

A day after a massive fire broke out at Navrang Studio inside the industrial estate in Todi Mills, Lower Parel, the NM Joshi Marg police have booked the owner of the studio.

According to the FIR registered, the owner of Navrang Cine Centre Pvt Ltd has been booked under section 285 of the IPC for negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matter. However, the FIR did not specify any name or identity of the accused.

The police on Saturday said that the owner was booked for not having legal permission to use a stove or burner.
