KOLHAPUR: Harassed by her mother, sister and brothers-in-law, Sheetal Kadam, a Chanchali resident, set herself and her two-year-old daughter on fire. The in-laws were arrested for harassing her for dowry and remanded in police custody for three days on Friday.
