MUMBAI: 2008 Malegaon blast accused Pragya Singh Thakur approached the Bombay high court on Saturday challenging a special court order that denied her bail in the case. She said the court failed to consider the “change in circumstances,” between November 2015— when her last bail plea was rejected—and June 2016 as two witnesses have given statements in her favour.
