Around 300 paintings, serigraphs, photographs and sculptures are up for grabs this week at Sakshi Gallery’s annual Easy Buy art exhibition at Blue Frog, Lower Parel.

Visitors will be able to choose from paintings by artists FN Souza and RK Laxman, among others.

The exhibition, designed to reach out to young and potential art lovers in the city, will host affordable art works that start from Rs500 and could go up to Rs3 lakh.

“We are holding the exhibition at a place outside our gallery for the first time because we want to reach out to new people,” said Geetha Mehra, director, Sakshi Gallery.

Our target audience is students and young professionals who are interested in art but think that good art is beyond their reach,” she added.
