Rashmikant and Mahendra came together for two redevelopment projects in 2002.

In 2007, Shah allegedly sold flats without giving original tenants and his partner their share.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday asked Thane civil hospital’s medical superintendent to submit a report

on Shah’s condition by October 28.

Shah was arrested on May 12 from the international airport while allegedly trying to flee the country.

He complained of high blood pressure and was taken to hospital. The court cancelled his bail following an application by the state government and complainant Mahendra Shah.

Shah approached the Supreme Court, which asked the high court to decide on his bail.
